An adventure is begun

The Editor has just signed up for a class on building log homes, to be taken on a weekend in January 2005. I very much enjoy log homes and on top of that it has always been my preference that any house that I may call my own should be built with my own hands.

I'm pumped!

Hmm - this could take some time. Looks like it's time to start an annexed blog to this blog.

UPDATE: Oh yeah, Dan Rather is "stepping down" in March. Why so long?
