2005 TdF sans Armstrong?
This news is almost a week old, but I'm still getting into the swing of things in regards to other interests besides politics.
Apparently, last week, Lance Armstrong "hinted" he could very well skip the Tour de France next year. I'm not quite sure why this is big news in the cycling world - he strongly hinted as much right after he won his 6th straight Maillot jaune. Perhaps this was the first time he STRONGLY hinted at it. Maybe people are in denial.
I for one would welcome it. As much as I am proud that it was an American who broke the threshold of 5 TdF wins I am not that much of an Armstrong fan. In my estimation has a serious emotional problem or his head is being manipulated by foreign substances.
